Speaking at GAMA’s Annual Industry Review and Market Outlook Briefing, GAMA Chairman and Chairman and CEO of Cirrus Design Corporation, Alan Klapmeier, reported that a strong worldwide market, especially outside of North America, was a driving factor for general aviation in 2007.

First Orders From India Reported

Aerion Corporation, together with its international sales distributor, ExecuJet Aviation Group, tell ANN that it is building a fat order book for its Supersonic Business Jet. Within the first few weeks of 2008, Letters of Intent have come in - including a commitment for three from the first, undisclosed customers from India. This takes the total pledged to US$2 billion, based on the SBJ's US$80 million price tag.

Mooney will conduct an exclusive one-day workshop featuring technical seminars on Mooney maintenance, aircraft modifications, Teledyne Continental engines and Garmin avionics. On Saturday, March 1, Mooney representatives will be at Landmark Aviation's Scottsdale Airport (SDL) location from 10 AM until 3 PM.

Farley to Ramp Production to Meet Growing Demand
