"We're Down, Buddy. Thank You" -- ATC Audio From Sunday's Emergency Landing Of N559DW

Doug White was returning home from his brother's funeral. He, his wife and two teenaged daughters were passengers in a Beechcraft King Air 200 departing Marco Island, FL. As the plane climbed through 10,000 feet on autopilot, the pilot slumped dead at the controls.

This dramatic recording of ATC audio follows the story from just after the emergency was declared, through a successful landing by White -- a self-described low-time, single-engine land pilot.
