ZID IN.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS NEWPORT, IN. THIS IS A RESTATEMENT OF FDC NOTAM 4/0185. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO TITLE 14 CFR SECTION 99.7, SPECIAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS. UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY ATC, ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILES RADIUS OF 395100N/0872518W (TERRE HAUTE /TTH/ VORTAC 338 DEGREE RADIAL AT 23 NAUTICAL MILES) AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR DOD OPERATIONS. TERRE HAUTE AFSS, 812-877-7530, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
