THE U.S.F.S., TELEPHONE 530- 642-5170 OR FREQ. 122.75, IS IN CHARGE ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. THE RANCHO MURIETTA /RIU/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 916-354-0161, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
