Going Steady: Multi Service, PerfectStop

Financial Transactions On The Web

Officials with Multi Service Corporation says it's formed a strategic partnership with PerfectStop, a new Internet-based platform that directly links aircraft operators and FBOs.  This patent-pending system is produced by Houston-based PerfectStop Partners, L.P.

PerfectStop offers customers a single program for online reservations, flight tracking, real-time service confirmations, detailed trip reporting, reconciliation and more. The neutral platform provides an integrated POS service that has the potential of accepting any credit card. PerfectStop offers its users detailed reporting, linking all transactions with a particular trip and streamlining the reconciliation process.

"Accurate communications regarding scheduling and servicing of aircraft is a challenge all operators face," said Stuart Tillman, executive chairman and vice president of sales and marketing for PerfectStop. "Integration of a real-time, Internet-based system will bring new efficiencies and improved customer service to the business aviation industry. Multi Service is recognized worldwide for its financial integrity and unsurpassed customer service.  We are excited about working with them."

"PerfectStop is a real-time neutral transaction processing platform that brings a new level of visibility and communication to the aviation industry; all parts of the transaction are brought together in a single system facilitating a new level of reporting detail.  Both the aircraft operator and the FBO see the same data in a real-time mode." said Diane Criswell, vice president of Multi Service Corporation.  "We are confident that our partnership with PerfectStop will revolutionize the way the general aviation industry communicates."
