Gulfstream To Showcase Three Aircraft At Latin American Airshow

Operators Forum Slated for Aug. 15

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. will display three of its business jets at the Latin American Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (LABACE), held Aug. 15-17 in São Paulo, Brazil. The show will feature the wide-cabin, high-speed Gulfstream G150, the large-cabin, long-range G450 and the large-cabin, ultra-long-range G550.

The aircraft will be available for viewing in the VASP Hangar of the Congonhas Airport, located at Av. Washington Luis, 6000 – Gate 3. In addition to the aircraft on static display, Gulfstream will have a reception area to host customers.

“Since 2006, the Gulfstream fleet has nearly tripled in Latin America, and quadrupled in Brazil,” said Larry Flynn, president, Gulfstream. “Part of that growth can be attributed to our participation in LABACE, where we demonstrate firsthand to customers our aircraft’s tremendous capabilities, their industry-leading dispatch reliability rates and the broad range of missions they perform.”

Gulfstream has a number of events planned for the conference, including a media reception from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, in the Gulfstream exhibit. Aircraft will be made available for viewing during this time.

Gulfstream will also conduct an Operators Forum on Wednesday, Aug. 15, to provide updates and technical presentations on maintenance and operational subjects relevant to Gulfstream operators in Latin America. The forum will take place from noon until 5:30 p.m. at the Hilton, Av. Nacoes Unidas, 12901-Torre Leste, Brooklin Novo, São Paulo.
