Inhofe has worked to pass the legislation for the past year.  In the Senate where the bill enjoyed co-sponsorship by 65 other Senators, the measure passed by unanimous consent in June.  The House passed the measure by a voice vote.

They are often along and behind cold fronts and gust fronts, being associated with cool moist air, such as an outflow from a thunderstorm.
