Bell Helicopter Announces New Senior VP For Customer Support And Service

Glenn Isbell's Appointment Effective Immediately

Glenn Isbell will assume the role of Senior Vice President for the Customer Support and Service organization at Bell Helicopter, effective immediately.

“Glenn is a proven, innovative leader. He knows our products and our business and I’m confident that the CSS business will continue to grow and transform under his leadership as we seek to build on our industry leading service and support offerings,” said John Garrison, president and CEO of Bell Helicopter.
 
Isbell is a seasoned executive with 19 years of significant contributions to Bell Helicopter. He has held a number of vital leadership roles here at Bell Helicopter in engineering, aircraft programs, and Business Systems Modernization, including vice president of XworX and most recently vice president, Business Optimization where he was involved in nearly every aspect of the company’s operations.
 
Isbell holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, where he graduated as a Neeley Scholar.
 
As Isbell transitions into this role, Bell Helicopter remains committed to supporting our customers with the same execution excellence each has come to expect from the largest support network in the helicopter industry.
