BBA Aviation Appoints Clarke Mouncher As Global Program Director

To Be Responsible For All Rolls-Royce 250 Activity

BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul (ERO) recently appointed Clarke Mouncher Global Program Director Rolls-Royce 250 for all of ERO's RR250 activities.

Mouncher has been a Program Director at H+S Aviation for 10 years; he has led the Model 250 program there for the past two years. In his expanded role, he will be responsible for overhaul services at both H+S Aviation and Premier Turbines, as well as repair activities at BBA Aviation's Phoenix and Dayton Regional Turbine Centers.

A key area of responsibility will be oversight and coordination of the commercial and operational activities at all facilities, with BBA Aviation's component repair operations in Louisiana, and with its International Turbine Service (ITS) parts retailing company.

BBA Aviation is a Rolls-Royce Authorized Maintenance Center and member of the Model 250 FIRST network at both its H+S Aviation facility in England and its Premier Turbines facility in the USA.

"The rotorcraft segment is a strategic focus for BBA Aviation," said BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Nandu Madireddi. "Speed and flexibility are the keys to success in serving this localized and fragmented market. Clarke brings the depth of operational experience and industry knowledge that will help us leverage our multiple locations and grow this program globally."

"At H+S, Clarke has been involved with major turn time reduction initiatives in both General Electric and Rolls-Royce programs where he headed cross-functional teams focused on process improvement and cost reduction," Mouncher continued. "We are confident he will bring these skills to bear on our Model 250 efforts throughout ERO to enable us to achieve world class operational performance and superior customer satisfaction."

Mouncher began his aviation career through a technical apprenticeship with Rolls-Royce in Bristol and then worked at British Aerospace on the Hawk, Harrier and Tornado products in customer service and management. Prior to joining H+S Aviation, he spent 10 years at Loctite Corporation where he held the national sales manager role with responsibility for sales, marketing, training and P&L.
