AEA To Hold Avionics & Panel Installation Seminar

Fort Worth Event November 3-4

Avionics technicians who want to keep pace with the latest in installation practices and proven techniques will not want to miss this training opportunity offered by the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA). All the acceptable methods and techniques for panel-mounted avionics installation will be covered in this seminar, to be held at Tarrant County College (Northwest Campus) in Ft. Worth, Texas at the following dates and times:

  • 0800 - 1800 on Wednesday, November 3rd
  • 0800 - 1800 on Thursday, November 4
  • 0900 - 1200 on Friday, November 5

The three–day seminar, developed for apprentice technicians, will address topics including proper wiring techniques, panel structure and layout, antenna installation, schematic interpretation and guidelines for documentation of alterations. The benefits are immeasurable as attendees will gain hands-on experience installing panel mounted avionics and instruments, utilizing common test equipment, and sharing best practices with other technicians in the field. There’s a registration fee of $345.
