FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Begins Trading On OTCQX

Change Will Increase Accessibility For Investors, Company Says

FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd ... a provider of products and services to the aviation industry ... has been approved to trade on OTCQX, which is operated by OTC Markets Group Inc.

FLYHT began trading Monday on OTCQX under the symbol "FLYLF." U.S. investors can find current financial disclosures and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for the company online.

"We are pleased to welcome FLYHT to OTCQX," said R. Cromwell Coulson, President and CEO of OTC Markets Group. "FLYHT joins the many established international companies that have chosen OTCQX to provide their U.S. investors with transparent trading and convenient, timely access to their news and disclosure. We look forward to working with FLYHT's management team as they celebrate many more milestones to come."

"Upgrading to OTCQX was a logical step for FLYHT to increase accessibility for our shareholder base in the U.S.," said Bill Tempany, CEO of FLYHT. "As part of the international aviation community, it makes sense to open our doors for investment outside of Canada and make investment in FLYHT easier for U.S. investors."

Troutman Sanders LLP serves as FLYHT's Principal American Liaison ("PAL") on OTCQX, responsible for providing professional guidance on OTCQX requirements and U.S. federal securities laws.
