PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO AIRCRAFT INCIDENT. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF THE WESTERN AIR DEFENSE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10000 FT MSL WITHIN A 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 454259N/1201004W THE KLICKITAT (LTJ) VOR/DME 068 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39 NAUTICAL MILES.
