PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 392745N/1200235W OR THE MUSTANG /FMG/ VORTAC 241 DEGREE RADIAL AT 18.4 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT OR FIRE FIGHTING. SIERRAFRONT DISPATCH CENTER TELEPHONE 775-883-5995 OR FREQ 120.975 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. OAKLAND /ZOA/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 510-745-3331 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
