Source: From a letter to shareholders in Adam Aircraft, dated January 15, detailing the financial woes now facing the planemaker. The company's future apparently hinges on completion of two successful financing transactions -- the first of which calls for Adam to raise $30.5 million by the end of this month. The company reportedly secured $5.5 million of that in late December.
