This action is necessary to prevent impairment of the operational skills and abilities of the flightcrew caused by the inhalation of agents released from oil or oil breakdown products, which could result in reduced controllability of the airplane. Situation Taking Bad Turn For The Worse

Just as we were finishing off the latest update on the sad story surrounding personal jet developer Safire Aircraft Company, word started filtering in that the situation had gone from bad to worse. Late word has reached ANN that the promised financing package has fallen through and that Safire is preparing to close its doors while it searches for a fiscal transfusion. Employees were notified Wednesday morning of the problems they faced, and that the current situation did not hold a specific promise of meeting their obligations to their staff.
