Source: Rep. Martin Frost (D-TX), on Friday's DOT OIG finding that the FAA spent eight hours last May hunting for a plane officials were told may have crashed. There was no crash. Instead, Texas Democrats were using the plane to ferry lawmakers and staffers out of state so they could boycott a congressional redistricting vote drawn up by Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX).
