XOJET Opens New York Office, Launches Coast-To-Coast Service

Company Reports Substantial Growth in 2010

XOJET has opened an office in New York City, located at 2 Grand Central Station. XOJET's new office is centrally located in Manhattan and the company says it is specifically designed to better service and support the expanding XOJET New York and Tri-State customer base.

"New York is not only the largest private aviation market in the world, it is also one of the most sophisticated," said Dave Cox, Chief Operating Officer at XOJET. "It isn't a coincidence that New York is where XOJET is experiencing our greatest growth  - which was in excess of 70% year-over-year in Q4. The private aviation flyer has become more experienced and thoughtful about their options, which has really helped XOJET."

XOJET's services and aircraft available to New York-based customers range from private jet membership to fixed-price charter. XOJET was the first to offer fixed-price charter flights to over 15,000 locations while providing guaranteed lift options that offer the freedom and standard pricing of fractional ownership but with no upfront cost, no residual risk, no long term commitment and at a 25-40% lower cost. The Coast2Coast program announced today is yet another in XOJET's suite of innovative private aviation offerings designed to address the needs of private aviation customers in New York and beyond. It rewards people who fly coast-to-coast more than three times a year, offering guaranteed access to XOJET's Wi-Fi enabled fleet of Challenger 300 and Citation X super-mid jets with no peak day restrictions, ferry charges, lock-in fees or exit penalties. This risk-free and fully-guaranteed access is available at 25-40% less than any comparable fractional or card private jet programs. Coast2Coast is the first program to allow fliers to fly coast-to-coast on any of more than 85 unique routes between major metropolitan areas on the east and west coasts.

XOJET says a key component of its ability to deliver the best possible level of customer service is its close relationships with aviation and services partners who share XOJET's uncompromising commitment to excellence. "At XOJET, we look at the entire customer experience from how they choose to access private aviation to their entire travel experience," said Brad Stewart, XOJET's President of Commercial Operations. "We appreciate that some fliers prefer to access the XOJET experience through their trusted jet charter provider. We work with over 300 brokers and understand the value fliers place on that relationship. Therefore, we invest great care and effort in managing our channel and partner relationships and work closely with them to provide only the highest level of service excellence."

In addition, XOJET announced today that HeliFlite has become a Premier Partner with XOJET. Through HeliFlite, XOJET will offer helicopter transportation from heliports in Manhattan and throughout the New York area to leading private aviation airports in the region including Teterboro, White Plains, and Farmingdale. XOJET customers will now have a choice when scheduling flights to choose car or helicopter service to and from the airport and will receive both a seamless integrated service and preferred pricing.

HeliFlite helicopters will be available to XOJET customers immediately and can be reserved through XOJET customer services.
