FDC 3/1009 ZAB AZ.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS BLACK CANYON CITY, AZ. EFFECTIVE IMMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE UTC. PURSUANT TO TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 340633N/ 1115700W AND THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 350 DEGREE RADIAL AT 040 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AN ACFT ACCIDENT SITE OPERATIONS. THE SOUTHWEST INTERAGENCY COORDINATION CENTER, PHONE 505-842-3473, IS IN CHARGE OF SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. PRESCOTT /PRC/ AFSS, PHONE 928-778-7810, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
