Clay Lacy Aviation Announced Managed Aircraft Growth

Named Top Aircell Installation Facility In Western US

Clay Lacy Aviation (CLA) has added eight business jets to its managed aircraft fleet, and reports a 22 percent increase in charter hours and a 13 percent increase in total flight hours from 2009.

In the first three quarters of 2010, CLA added to its managed aircraft fleet a Falcon 2000, Hawker 800, Gulfstream V, Gulfstream 450, and two Gulfstream IVs and Gulfstream 550s. CLA operates one of the largest fleets and widest selection of light, midsize, super mid-size, large and ultra-long-range cabin aircraft available.

"At Clay Lacy Aviation, we understand that individual travel needs are as unique as our clients," said CLA President Brian Kirkdoffer. "We offer the resources of an experienced large fleet operator plus the services of a private flight department to provide unparalleled safety, value and service with every flight."

The company has also announced that it has completed 20 installations of the new Aircell High Speed Internet system, making it the number one Aircell installation facility in the Western United States. "We are installing the Aircell High Speed Internet system in our charter fleet to deliver the most frequently requested onboard service to our clients," said CLA President Brian Kirkdoffer. "This is yet another example of how Clay Lacy Aviation delivers the highest level of service, passenger amenities and value to our owners and charter customers."

CLA's FAA Class IV maintenance facility at Van Nuys Airport offers avionics by Aircell, EMS, Flight Display Systems, L3 Avionics, Rockwell Collins, Sensor Systems, Sandel Avionics and Universal Avionics.

CLA's full spectrum of aircraft include Gulfstream II, III, IV and V; Gulfstream 150, 200, 400, 450 and 550; Legacy 600; Challenger 300; Learjet 25 and 35; Citation Sovereign; and Hawker HS 800XP.
