PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR AVALANCHE CONTROL ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF UDOT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 402000N/1113114W OR THE FAIRFIELD /FFU/ VORTAC 64 DEGREE RADIAL AT 19.5 NAUTICAL MILES UDOT TELEPHONE 801-376-5290 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SALT LAKE /ZLC/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 801-320-2560 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
