Faster Price Quotes, Expedited Invoicing Among The Upgrades
Presented At EBACE
Avfuel Corporation has announced the latest innovations to its
worldwide contract fuel program. These include an enhanced billing
process that is customizable to individual flight
departments’ needs; expedited invoicing; and faster price
quotes. Fully automated, Avfuel Contract Fuel provides flight
departments with a secure method for obtaining fuel and related
services that requires no volume or uplift minimum.
“Avfuel provides a number of advantages over other
companies,” said Director of Marketing, Marci Ammerman.
“Avfuel Contract Fuel’s administration takes place
entirely in-house and is not given over to third-party handlers at
any point. This means that our customers can call or email Avfuel
and connect directly with the architects of our products in
minutes.”
Avfuel’s contract fuel innovations come in tandem with
recent process refinements to Avplan, the company's flight-planning
and trip-support division. Avplan has upgraded proprietary software
planning tools in order to keep pilots better informed (and
therefore safer) during each leg of flight. Avplan integrates its
software, Avplan Customer Information System (ACIS), to support
speed, accuracy, security, and all the intricate details of trip
planning, flight briefings and more. “With Avplan’s
breakthrough system, flight planners enjoy real-time, direct access
to aircraft and trip data, allowing for changes to be applied with
unprecedented speed and accuracy,” explained Ammerman. As
with all Avfuel systems, she points out, backup and redundancy
checks are built-in features.
Avfuel is preparing to exhibit at EBACE. Accompanying them in at
their exhibit will be four co-exhibitors who offer the global
market a number of services at their US locations including fuel,
avionics, maintenance, cleaning, charter, aircraft management,
interiors, concierge, etc.
