EFFECTIVE FROM 0603041700 UTC UNTIL 0603042300 UTC. AIRBORNE LASER
OPERATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED 25 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE BEGINNING
AT 293626N/950931W OR THE HUB110006.8 TO 331604N/881915W OR THE
IGB139016.2 TO 250000N/683000W OR THE GTK042257.9 TO
272051N/933516W OR THE VUH143133.5 TO 293626N/950931W OR THE
HUB110006.8 FROM 1000 FEET MSL TO 41000 FEET MSL. THE LASER BEAM
MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/AIRCREWS AND PASSENGERS EYES FOR A
DISTANCE OF 14400 FEET BELOW AND 28900 FEET ABOVE THE AIRCRAFT.
THIS AREA WILL BE MONITORED BY OBSERVERS AND THE LASER BEAM WILL BE
TERMINATED IF NON-PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT ARE DETECTED THAT MAY
ENTER THE AFFECTED AREA. OTHER VISUAL EFFECTS E.G. FLASHBLINDNESS,
AFTER IMAGE, GLARE, AND DISTRACTION MAY OCCUR AT GREATER DISTANCES.
