PURSUANT TO CFR 91.137A(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO VERTICAL FRAGMENTATION. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 1,000 FEET AGL 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 402900N/0742000W AND THE KENNEDY /JFK/ VOR/DME JFK264 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25 NAUTICAL MILES.
