The U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S Senate passed a measure to extend Federal Aviation Administration funding through March 31, 2016. The “Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2015,” was passed on September 28 by a voice vote in the House, and the Senate approved the bill by unanimous consent the next day. The bill extends the FAA’s authorization, which was set to expire today, and allows the agency to continue operating for six months.
