Chicago's Business Aviation Community Picks New Board

Rick Milburn New President

The Chicago Area Business Aviation Association (CABAA) says it's appointed a new board members elected by the group's general membership.

The association's new President, Rick Milburn graciously accepted the position and added, "I am proud to be named President of one of the most active and progressive business aviation organizations in the Midwest if not the country. Our various committees' efforts are making a significant and positive impact on the corporate aviation community in the Chicago area. I am proud to be a part of those efforts."

The consortium of aviation professionals within CABAA come from a variety of backgrounds encompassing all faucets of aviation. Milburn, a charter member of the association since its inception, was Vice President of J.A. Air Center at Chicago's Dupage Airport until recently retiring and subsequently starting his own consulting company, Milburn & Associates Inc. Also added to the board were Tex Hunter of ConAgra Foods, Carl Robst of Tele/Com Air, and Mark Zakula of Klein Tools, all of which are current members of the association's ATC Committee.

The Chicago Area Business Aviation Association is a nonprofit organization created to provide an interface among aviation professionals and the policymakers and officials whose decisions effect the operations of their membership. Members meet once a month to discuss association business, observe progress within the different subcommittees, and learn valuable information through educational presentations in various aviation disciplines.
