PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO AVALANCHE CONTROL. ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC (ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE SURFACE TO 12600 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 680747N/1492840W.
