PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR TOXIC GAS LEAK ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF VOLUSIA COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 002 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 291208N/0810045W OR THE ORMOND BEACH /OMN/ VORTAC 139.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8.0 NAUTICAL MILES. THE VOLUSIA COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE, TELEPHONE 386-248-1777, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. THE SYSTEM OPERATION SUPPORT CENTER (SOSC), TELEPHONE 202-267-3333, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
