PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY: 340500N/1120000W OR THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 346 DEGREE RADIAL AT 38.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 340500N/1114000W OR THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 9 DEGREE RADIAL AT 41.8 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 335000N/1114000W OR THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 20 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.3NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 335000N/1120000W OR THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 344 DEGREE RADIAL AT 24.0 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 340500N/1120000W OR THE PHOENIX /PXR/ VORTAC 346 DEGREE RADIAL AT 38.9 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIREFIGHTING AIR OPERATIONS.
