PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO AVALANCHE HAZARD. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION THE OAKLAND /OAK/ ARTCC ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 13000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 391749N/1201947W THE SQUAW VALLEY (SWR) VOR/DME 330 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8 NAUTICAL MILES. NW MOUNTAIN REGION DUTY OFFICER 425-227-1999 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. RENO /RNO/ AFSS 775-784-5048 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
