ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF SAN ANTONIO POLICE DEPT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3500 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 293118N/0982356W THE SAN ANTONIO /SAT/ VORTAC 148.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8.0 NAUTICAL MILES SAN ANTONIO POLICE DEPT 210-922-0408 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SAN ANGELO /SJT/ AFSS 915-223-6041 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
