Subsequent to the Bhoha Air accident on April 20, Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Authority petitioned a court to get custody of the aircraft wreckage. The director of the CAA filed to seek possession of the remains after local police sought custody due to the criminal case involved. Koral police cited Farooq Bhoja for being responsible for the crash and resulting loss of life.

In a situation that is happening with inexplicable frequency, another Cirrus SR series piston single has gone down -- with tragic consequences. The burned wreck of a Cirrus SR22 GTS turbo was removed from Anderson County (SC) Regional Airport (KAND) a day after a fatal accident claimed the pilot and sole occupant. William T. Jay Perdue figures at least three factors led to his surviving an April 19 accident that saw his Mooney destroyed, injuring himself and two others.
