1545 EST: A Snohomish County Superior Court jury
has awarded $10.5 million to the family of a pilot who died in a
1999 accident at the Northwest EAA Fly-In in Arlington, WA... and
says both the national Experimental Aircraft Association, as
well as the regional EAA chapter, are responsible for a large
percentage of the damages.
Engineers at Cessna tell ANN that they continue to be impressed
with the performance of the proof-of-concept (POC) model of a light
sport aircraft as the company continues its evaluation of the
aircraft, the business case and the overall LSA market. Cessna's
LSA POC will be on display during the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo this
week in Sebring, Fla., and will be taking part in flying
demonstrations during the show.

Cessna 207 Suffered Engine Failure Over Cook Inlet
Search crews in Alaska have located the wreckage of a Cessna 207
that went missing Tuesday near Nikiski, but officials say it's

The Township of Langley, British Columbia and Acrohelipro Global
Services, Inc. announced Tuesday the Township’s approval for

Pinnacle Airlines flight 3701.

At the upcoming Sebring US Sport Aviation Expo, IndUS
Aviation, Inc. will offer a sneak preview of some of the new
components that will make up the all-new Thorpedo LP, a new model
light sport aircraft to be released at Lakeland 2007.
The Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey team told ANN Tuesday it met its
2006 delivery commitment of 13 MV-22 Ospreys delivered to the US
Marine Corps, and three CV-22s to the US Air Force Special
Operations Command.

which provides information about airports, such as runway lengths,
runway surface, services available, hours of operation, lighting
and frequencies.

have gone a long way to adverting this tragic
