ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF SGT JERNIGAN, SARASOTA COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FT MSL WITHIN 5 NM RADIUS OF 2712N/08140W AND THE LA BELLE /LBV/ 327 DEGREE RADIAL AT 028 NAUTICAL MILES. SGT JERNIGAN, SARASOTA COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE TELEPHONE 941-915-0044 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. MIAMI ARTCC /ZMA/ 305-716-1589 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
