Superior Air Parts Launches New Web Site

Superior Air Parts, Inc., has taken its new corporate web site live at www.superiorairparts.com. "We did a lot of analysis of how visitors and customers used our previous web site and created the new site to better meet their needs," explained Tim Archer, Superior's Senior Vice President.

"In particular, the new site makes it much easier and faster for our authorized dealers and engine shops to check on parts and components from our catalog of over 2,000 FAA PMA parts."

"Additionally, current and prospective Superior customers will also be able to find information on current products, as well as, find an authorized engine shop in their area," he added. "It's really designed to make it easy and enjoyable to learn everything you need to know about Superior's products, parts, services, and dealers."

Archer also said that instead of using an outside Web design firm, the company made the decision to bring the design and maintenance of the new site in-house. "We were very fortunate to hire Ana Fontes, as our new Web Master," continued Archer. "Ana is a wonderful designer and has a great grasp on how to provide the diversity of information our users want in a way that's easy for anyone to understand."

"Another big benefit to bringing the creation and maintenance of our site in-house, is that we can ensure that the information that our visitors find there will always be current," he added. "There's nothing more frustrating than going to a company's web site and finding all the information is way out of date."
