Aero-TV: Flying For XOJET -- Piloting the Corporate World

Wanna GREAT Career With A Solid Aviation Operator? WAI 2011 Attendees Check out XOJET

At the 2011 Women in Aviation Conference and Tradeshow, there was more going than just the friendly comradery of like-minded flyers... there was the inevitable hunting for a chance at THE job. And among the dozens of exhibitors interested in the potential hiring of some of the thousands of women and men who visit the WAI events, XOJET stood out as one of the more promising candidates.

Founded in 2006, XOJET has become one of the fastest-growing private aviation companies in history, serving more than 2,500 customers worldwide. Their 'unique' business model combines private jet membership and on-demand charter with 'a singular focus on providing the highest level of customer service at every point of the client's experience.'

XOJET's notes that their commitment to safety leadership has earned the highest safety ratings in the industry and XOJET is the only business aviation provider to rank either #1 or #2 in all twelve ARG/US Platinum safety rating categories.

In July 2010, XOJET became the first private aviation operator to enable its entire fleet with in-flight Wi-Fi Internet connectivity by equipping every Citation X and Challenger 300 in its fleet with Aircell GoGo BizAv technology.

ANN Jim Campbell had the chance to speak with several of the recruiters from XOJET to properly define what this high-flying company is looking for.
