PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 305104N/0882512W THE SEMMES /SJI/ VORTAC 332 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8.1 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 305104N/0872400W THE MONROEVILLE /MVC/ VORTAC 180 DEGREE RADIAL AT 36.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301226N/0872400W THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 122 DEGREE RADIAL AT 41.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 301226N/0882326W OR THE BROOKLEY /BFM/ VORTAC 212 DEGREE RADIAL AT 29.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. ALL DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT ENTERING THE TFR ARE TO CONTACT THE AIR MARINE OPERATIONS CENTER AT 951-656-8050 PRIOR TO ENTRY INTO THE TFR TO RECIEVE A DISCREET TRANSPONDER CODE FOR SAFETY OF FLIGHT. AMOC WILL ADVISE IF OMAHA45 IS WORKING THE AIRSPACE. ALL RELIEF AIRCRAFT WILL REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH OMAHA45 FOR FLIGHT ADVISORIES. ADVISORY FREQUENCY FOR RESCUE OPERATIONS IS VHF 136.375/UHF 282.425. AIR MARINE OPERATIONS CENTER, 951-656-8050 OR FREQ 136.375/HURRICANE KATRINA, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ANNISTON /ANB/ AFSS 256-832-2120 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
