Source: NASA astronaut Sunita Williams, who along with fellow Expedition 14 astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria is keeping a journal during her stay onboard the International Space Station. The astronauts are to document their thoughts, feelings, moods, what they miss, how they're getting along with the other astronauts, etc., three times each week in the journals, which will then be analyzed by Jack Stuster, a Santa Barbara, CA-based researcher who uses them to measure morale aboard the ISS.
