Sonex Announces Workshop Incentives Towards Kit Purchases

Attendees Earn $1,000 Discount Within 30 Days

Sonex Aircraft, LLC told ANN Wednesday of new Sonex and Waiex kit discount incentives for attendance of Sonex Aircraft Workshops.

Beginning with the May 3-4 Sonex Aircraft Workshop, attendees of Sonex Workshops who purchase a Sonex or Waiex Complete Airframe Kit -- with Pre-Assembled Main Wing Spars and Machined Angle Component Kit upgrades -- will receive a $1,000 discount if purchase is made within 30 days of workshop attendance.

Sonex tells ANN its aircraft workshops continue to be extremely valuable experiences for Sonex builders, by answering many frequently asked questions in the building process. The new incentives are intended to extend that value to those wishing to upgrade their kits with the very popular Pre-Assembled Main Wing Spar and Machined Angle Component Kit options, which can save many hours of build time.

Sonex Builder Workshops are held several times per year at the Sonex Aircraft, LLC facilities in Oshkosh, WI. Workshop attendees get the opportunity to meet the Sonex staff, learn about the history of Sonex Aircraft design philosophy, learn all of the ins and outs of Sonex construction, and gain confidence in their own abilities as they build a piece of the Sonex wing to take home.

The action-packed weekend workshops include informational sessions about design and engineering, engines, propellers, instruments, reading Sonex Aircraft plans, tools, key building tips, aircraft registration and insurance, flying Sonex Aircraft, and more.
