Rosalie Williams was returning home to New York when the
incident happened. The other passenger had been "exercising" in the
darkened aircraft aisle for some time on the March 14th Air Canada

had reportedly complained to the aircraft crew, but he was still at
it when he inadvertently struck Ms. Williams in the eye,
dislocating it from the socket. She is now suing in Queens Supreme

When contacted, Air Canada said they were "aware of this
unfortunate event," but made no further comment.
