Flightstar Corporation Granted STC From EASA, TCCA, Others

Flightstar Corporation has obtained approval from multiple international aviation agencies for their ADS-B “OUT” STC and Single FMS WAAS STC in the Bombardier Learjet 40 and Learjet 45 series aircraft. Plans First Biometric-Based Self-Service Bag Drop In The U.S. 

Delta Air Lines is introducing four self-service bag drop machines at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport this summer, a $600,000 investment that allows customers to quickly, securely and easily check their own bags. One machine will be equipped to test facial recognition technology to match customers with their passport photos through identification verification, a first for U.S. carriers.

Test Sessions Planned For May And June
