You know you’ve messed up when your transgression shows up in a press release. Such is the case with an FAA mistake. The NTSB has found that the FAA mistakenly released investigative information regarding their ongoing investigation of an airplane accident that occurred in Philadelphia on March 13, 2014. This is an error that violated NTSB regulations and party processes.
